Pierre Mombin, a West Indian from Guadeloupe, receives an invitation from an African kingdom to come visit relatives he was not even aware he had. No sooner does he get there than he discovers he is the last male heir to the royal bloodline. Will he accept the legacy of his African ancestors? Shot in Gabon, this film offers a reflection on the roots of Caribbean cultures.
